23 navigator pulses in normal - 4x4 auto

23 navigator pulses in normal - 4x4 autoUpdate
- vehicle has been with dealer 2 weeks now, and issue is being discussed with ford/Lincoln tech support and Lincoln service mechanic. Lincoln/ford tech support told them this issue is normal.

I don't believe it is normal, but will go drive another vehicle to see. I think it's hard to describe on the phone to someone that hadn't experienced it. My $0.02

Now perhaps this community can help me understand an answer I received that I don't understand- I asked what they did to rule out the transfer case as a contributing area of concern, they told me that because the symptom only occurs in 4x4 normal - auto or excite, they ruled it out. That seems like an opposite reason to rule it out vs in - any thoughts on why ford would say it's not the transfer case if it only happens in 4x4 / excite?Wed, 06 Mar 2024 20:42:45 +0000
