CR Owner Satisfaction ratings 2021Consumer Reports released ratings from its latest vehicle owner satisfaction survey. This is different from the reliability survey they reported on earlier, and in fact several models that rated "most satisfying" (Tesla Model Y, Tesla Model S, Tesla Model X, Lincoln Aviator, Lincoln Corsair, and Jeep Gladiator) also have poor reliability. CR said of these vehicles, "owners who find some unique feature or quality compelling enough that they're willing to overlook the vehicle's subpar reliability or other concerns."
