Good afternoon,
I have a 2017 Ford Escape 2.0T, with 43k miles. The car still has the limited 60k powertrain warranty and 80k emission warranty. I had a Ford Vapor Canister Solenoid replaced at the Ford Dealership, but was told it's not covered by the powertrain or emission warranty, but this is an emission part, so I'm confused on why it wasn't. I called Ford customer service and they simple told me "we stand by what the dealership tells you", so I had no luck there.
Anyone know...
