California will require EV charging for all new residential units in 2026IMO, both articles mention the $405/space AFTER the $2000/space incentive from the Utility, so I'm not understanding the confusion?
It probably cost me about $200-250 to add a 50 amp 14-50 socket to my garage, just in case a visitor needed a charge.
