If Chrysler wants to market the GW as a luxury vehicle, then their service should be commensurate with the price, which clearly isn't meeting expectations. It is actually quite pathetic honestly.
I typically don't buy models that are going through a changeover in the next model year, but it sounds like you are in a time crunch, so you don't have a lot of options at this point. The Nav still looks good regardless of age and remains a very nice vehicle. If I had to buy an SUV in this category today, it would be a Nav or a Denali.
