2023 Escape PHEVI don't get any braking, but I don't have the feature to adjust to speed signs enabled. But I do get the speed sign recognition picking up the signs from off-ramps on the highway and it temporarily thinking the speed has dropped to 60 or 70 km/h for a bit before jumping back up to 100 km/h.
