Factory IR window tint?I've been looking into window tint that blocks infrared (IR) waves. The idea here is that when the vehicle is sitting in the sun, the window tint blocks the IR heat from turning your cabin into an oven. One product that seems to have good reviews is 3M Crystalline tint.
But that got me thinking: if it's that easy to dramatically improve the comfort of the vehicle, especially in summer, does the factory include this technology in their windows already, at least for new models (e.g., 2023 Super Dutys)?
