FORD OAC RETOOL INFO FROM FORDNo, thank you rperez817 for posting the information more clearly than I did. We had an idea that we were gonna retool early 2024 but now we now it's 2nd quarter OFFICIALLY. The funny thing is when we ratified the original contract they said the Nautilus would go first and then we would just build AWD Edge til April 2024. Now it's official and I believe the Nautilus will be going roughly same time as the Edge. They won't be telling us anything more details til the contract in the fall gets ratified I believe. They won't even tell us it Explorer/Aviator GT EV yet. I've been seeing contractors at the plant with blueprints and walking around so it's slowly starting. All the old flex and mkt machinery is blocked off and they will be removing them soon. So this just means they'll run 2023 model year into 2024 or there will actually be a 2024 model year Edge Nautilus before retool.Tue, 11 Apr 2023 23:22:57 +0000
