I can envision an scenario in which Ford offer both a 'traditional' cab and bed type EV truck and also something along the lines of the Ram and Chevy to cover both spectrums market wise. I suppose there is potentially a reset occurring with regard to truck styling, but I'm not convinced for the reasons you both have noted (sales failures for Chevy and Honda with this styling).
