The deal that you signed up for, whether x plan, MSRP. Whatever..that's the deal.. get it in writing with a contract made out to your name.
By the time the truck is built, there will be at least 1-2 price jumps.
When the truck come in, you will pay whatever price jumps from x plan, MSRP, or what invoice currently is, and THEN the dealership sends checks for the difference from the previously agreed amount..
