I didn't have a signed sales agreement at the time of order. That may have been my bad, however I have and Z plan pin from a grandfather. It was my understanding I was locked in at that price. I have a copy of the original copy of the order with the Z-plan Price as well as the updated (more expensive) order preview. This is the first time using the Z-plan.
