2022 Super Duty Orders & DiscussionI've seen you repeat this at least a thousand times, and it remains as true now as when you first said it. I question why FMC doesn't hold dealers to a higher standard of customer service with severe repercussions when they get "lazy". I understand the incentives, hold backs, dealer awards, etc., but in the end, it seems to be nothing more than political theater. Nothing ever changes for the better.
