F350 vs F250 with high capacity tow packageI always wondered this about the towing capacity on the F-250 and F-350.
You can get an F250 with the same towing capacity as an F350, let's say 19/20k.
But the cargo capacity could be 1000 to 1500 lbs less.
Wonder how that plays out when buying fifth wheels you will have to be mindful of the hitch weight even though you have towing capacity to spare.
With the F-350 the towing capacity somewhat coincides with the cargo capacity. With the max trailer tow package on the 250 the towing capacity is way up there but the cargo capacity seems to take any huge hit.Thu, 04 Nov 2021 00:13:15 +0000
