Hello All, I'm new to the Galaxie 500 world. Recently purchased a 65 with fresh 390 in it and now I am swapping out the cruise O matic for a 66 Galaxie toploader setup. I am curious about whether I need to use a metal bump out for the shifter or not? It is a bench seat car, so with that said what would be correct, bump out or no bump out for a 65 w/ bench seat? Also my shifter is pretty much junk and was curious if there is any reproduction companies making these or where I might find one...
