As Farley's tenure begins, Ford focuses on growth, improved execution, faster transformationsAll dealers were notified Wednesday, 9/30/2020. We also were not surprised because dealers have been reporting problems across the entire 2020 model lineup for quite some time. We have been led to believe that it is a problem with the circuit board. Current part numbers are on backorder & we suspect new part numbers with much lower cost.

You may receive customer or media inquiries related to a recently approved Ford Motor Company recall related to rearview cameras. Due to the complexity in the implementation of this multi-vehicle line rearview camera recall, Ford is planning to begin providing dealers and owners an official notification and instructions on November 7, 2020.
