I'm looking for some help.
I have a 1989 Probe 2.2 GL non-turbo that I have been driving for 31 years.
Last couple of weeks, I'm having a hard time getting it to start.
Took it to our local Ford dealership, they kept it for a week, & then said they had no way to diagnose it because it's too old!
They said that their best guess was the computer needs to be replaced, but they couldn't find any aftermarket ones.
My husband & I believe it is either the computer or gas pump & filter.
