‘94 E 150 5.8 Lost hose?

View attachment 46219 I have a ‘94 E 150 5.8 and I noticed this hose wasn’t attached as well as the end of very narrow pipe that isn’t attached to anything either. I’m holding the small pipe thats coming from what looks like some sort of monitoring system. In my (limited) experience a hose is only as long as it needs tobe and is usually easy to locate it’s end point but nothing seems to match. Any help is appreciated!
