1962 Ranchero, going from 170 to 260 and a few questions have come up, but I'll post them separately.
Too much up front, I want to relocate the battery. My first thought is under the access panel in the bed. If that can't be done, then behind the passenger seat in the cab. Like a VW.
Has anyone done this?
For the bed, what battery group is short enough? What hold-down or case?
For behind the seat, what battery is narrow enough?
