I am trying to rehab the Parking/Emergency Brake system on my newly acquired 63 Sprint Convertible. I have been able to fix/clean everything from the handle to the "back" end of the front cable. I removed the handle et al from the firewall, cleaned it up and it works as designed. I purchased and installed a new correct for convertible front cable and it was the same length of the one I removed and fits like a dream.
I also want to mention when I bought the car from the equalizer...
