I have 1993 explorer xlt recently had some issues with the shift cable. After replacing the cable I am still having an issue with the upper end at the steering column. The cable with not stay on the ball stud. I am assuming there is a grommet or bushing that should be there. Has anybody dealt with this. Please let me know
