I'm actually having trouble with a so-called "remanufactured" engine from Rockauto. To make it simple, I ordered a V8 6.6. I live in France. When I installed it in my Ford LTD, I immediatly had oil pressure drop.
I put a claim, not asking for a refund, but simply for a new crankshaft, oil pump and rods. They refused and tells me that I had to send them back the engine to determine the "real" cause of his (very) prematured death!
So, I send them pictures, protocols we used to...
