I have an 04 Explorer 4.6L. A few weeks ago it started ticking. I changed the oil, but the ticking continued. My oil pressure gauge fluctuates at idle, when pressure is lost the engines sputters like it has bad gas, then the pressure returns, and the engine sounds normal aside from the ticking. I also found that two of my spark plugs where loose. Tightening them reduced the sound of the ticking but it is still present. What could be causing this? Also when I lose oil pressure my low oil...
