Have had my 2016 Escape for 18 months, no issues. Now suddenly the backup camera wont shut off when in drive. It also affects the rest of the Synch system. Cant turn radio station, make hands free calls or use navigation. We've done the factory reset and still doesn't work. Has anyone else had this happen? If so, how did you fix it? Thank you!
