Just gave my recently acqured 2005 E150 (153k miles) a good test run and have some shaking of seats associated with loud rattling on a rough road. Like the whole van is shaking. Rear springs look good and exhaust is firm and roof rack is stable so I can't identify. Tires are newish. Engine mounts don't shake on acceleration while stationary.
