I generally leave my third seat down in my 2004 Freestar SEL for the extra load space. When I raise the rear seat I sometimes have moisture on the part that comes up out of the floor, and the carpet in the hole feels damp, mostly on the right side.
After I leave the seat up for a while, everything seems to dry out. Water seems to be getting in there somehow.
I also have an intermittent "won't open" on the right hand sliding door requiring me to open it manually. Closing the door works...
