I have a 2020 Ford Expedition and the alarm periodically goes off after locking the vehicle. It happens about 1 in 5 times so it is not every time but enough that it makes me have to think about it every time. I have been trying to find a pattern so I can narrow down potential causes. The one factor that seems to be constant is when it goes off it is 20 seconds after locking the vehicle. Location of the FOB does not seem to have an effect.
