Hey folks! My daughter has a 2011 Escape XLT 4cy 2.5L. 133k miles. Having sporatic problems: loses power, rpms go up to around 4000 at times, car jerks, sometimes dies. Always ends up restarting & drives as normally.
Thought it might be throttle body which we replaced w Ford OEM part. No improvement. Tried reset of TPS by disconnecting battery x 10 min. No better. Thinking bad
