my quarter glass in my 86' convertible wobbles around like buoy in rough seas.. well let me backtrack a bit.. The power window motor started slipping last month and now wont lift the glass at all. I removed the motor and discovered the plastic disks inside the lift motor are completely ground up so I'm replacing. I also wondered why in the 2+ years I've owned this car, the quarter windows have struggled to go up so I though this to be a good time to investigate. I found a good...
